铝硅系耐火浇注料抗铝灰侵蚀性能研究

Aluminum ash corrosion resistance of alumina-silica refractory castables

摘要: 为探究铝硅系耐火浇注料抗铝灰侵蚀性能,以不同牌号(SM45、SM70)的烧结莫来石和电熔白刚玉为原料,以铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,制备了铝硅系浇注料。研究了不同Al2O3含量(Al2O3质量分数分别为44.26%、57.51%、69.61%、82.81%、94.33%)的铝硅系浇注料在1 350 ℃时的抗铝灰侵蚀性能。结果表明:经铝灰侵蚀后,所有试样的强度都呈现出下降的趋势,其中Al2O3质量分数为69.61%的试样强度下降最为显著;在侵蚀过程中,试样的方石英相先被侵蚀,其次是莫来石相,并生成针状刚玉,其中Al2O3质量分数为69.61%的试样受侵蚀最为严重;铝灰中的Na、Cl元素在侵蚀过程中对试样的作用主要是渗透,试样中的Al2O3含量越高,试样抗铝灰中Na、Cl等元素渗透的能力越好;Al2O3质量分数为94.33%的试样抗铝灰侵蚀能力最强,Al2O3质量分数为69.61%的试样抗铝灰侵蚀性能最差。

Abstract: To investigate their aluminum ash corrosion resistance,Al2O3-SiO2 refractory castables were prepared using sintered mullite (grades SM45 and SM70) and white fused corundum as raw materials,and calcium aluminate cement as the binder.The aluminum ash corrosion resistance at 1 350 ℃ of the castables with different Al2O3 contents (44.26%,57.51%,69.61%,82.81% and 94.33%,by mass) was studied.The results show that:after corrosion,the strength of all samples declines,with the most striking decrease for the sample containing 69.61% Al2O3.During corrosion,cristobalite in the samples is corroded first,followed by mullite,and acicular corundum is formed.The sample with 69.61% Al2O3 exhibits the severest corrosion.The main effect of Na and Cl elements in aluminum ash on the samples during corrosion is infiltration.The higher the Al2O3 content in the samples,the better the infiltration resistance of the samples against Na,Cl and other elements from aluminum ash.The sample with 94.33% Al2O3 demonstrates the strongest resistance to aluminum ash corrosion,while the one with 69.61% Al2O3 shows the poorest corrosion resistance.
