摘要:

介绍了耐火浇注料结合体系及结合方式的主要类型,详细阐述了水泥结合体系中新型水泥的研究进展,论述了非水泥结合体系中溶胶(凝胶)、水合氧化铝、镁质结合剂、磷酸盐(磷酸)、可替代水泥的其他结合剂以及新型外加剂的性能特点与应用进展。指出新型水泥具有良好的应用效果,但新型水泥存在成本高的问题;非水泥结合剂存在施工难的问题,但易于烘烤,适用于喷补料、预制件;新型外加剂大幅改善了耐火浇注料的施工性能,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:

The classification of bonding systems and bonding modes of refractory castables was introduced.The research progress on new-type cements of the cement bonding system was expounded in detail.The characteristics and the application progress of sol (gel),hydration alumina,magnesia binders,phosphate (phosphoric acid),other binders that can replace cement,and new additives were illuminated.It was pointed out that the new-type cement has good application effect,but it is of high cost.The non-cement bonded castables are not easy to construct,but they are easy to bake,which is suitable for gunning mixes and precast products.The new additives greatly improve the placing performance of castables and have a broad application prospect.
