摘要:

利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等对碳化硅浇注料在1 000 ℃静态空气和纯水蒸气(参照ASTM C863—2000)中分别保温50、100、150 h的高温氧化行为进行了研究。结果表明:1)纯水蒸气氧化条件下,碳化硅浇注料的质量变化率和体积变化率均明显大于静态空气条件下的。2)和空气相比,水蒸气氧化对碳化硅浇注料的结构破坏更严重,可能是由于随时间的延长不能形成有效的保护膜,导致氧化反应持续进行;体积膨胀到一定程度,内部结构被破坏,最终导致材料开裂、剥落,失效。3)不同条件下碳化硅浇注料抗氧化性能差异可能和氢键对氧化膜的破坏有关。

Abstract:

Oxidation behavior of SiC castables at 1 000 ℃ in static air and steam atmospheres (according to ASTM C863-2000) for 50,100,and 150 h,respectively,was researched through SEM and XRD.The results show that (1)the mass and volume change rates of the castables in pure water steam are obviously larger than those in static air;(2)compared to static air,steam oxidation damages the structure of SiC castables more seriously,which may be caused by the lack of a protective film formed with the extension of the time,leading to continuous oxidation;when the volume continues to expand,the internal structure of the castables is destroyed,resulting in cracking,spalling and failure;(3) the oxidation resistance difference of SiC castables in static air and steam is related to the destruction of hydrogen bonds to the oxidation film.
