摘要:

BN多孔陶瓷因具有高孔隙率、高比表面积、低热导率、优异的化学稳定性等优点,在吸附、保温隔热、环境修复及电子包装等领域应用潜力巨大。简要综述了近年来BN多孔陶瓷制备方法的进展,概述了模板法与非模板法所制备BN多孔陶瓷的结构及性能,总结了各种制备方法的优缺点,提出了BN多孔陶瓷制备及其应用方面所面临的挑战和未来的发展方向。

Abstract:

BN porous ceramics have great application potential in fields such as adsorption,heat insulation,environmental repairing,and electronic packaging owing to their high porosity,high specific surface area,low thermal conductivity,and excellent chemical stability.The recent progress on the preparation of BN porous ceramics was briefly summarized.The structure and performance of BN porous ceramics prepared by template and non-template methods as well as the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were sketched.The challenges and future development direction on the preparation and application of BN porous ceramics were proposed.
