Variable temperature damage of refractories based on multi-scale generalized self-consistent model

摘要: 借助细观力学模型,以热压成型的玻璃-氧化铝球材料为研究对象,对由温度变化引起的两相间热膨胀不匹配造成的损伤进行了数值解析;针对该材料的重新加热-冷却全过程,提出了一种非线性损伤行为的模拟方法。研究表明,其模拟结果与试验吻合较好,材料的变温损伤程度受Δα绝对值和颗粒相体积分数的影响,Δα绝对值越大,颗粒相体积分数越高,材料变温损伤越严重。

Abstract: The damage caused by the mismatch of the thermal expansion between the particle phase and the matrix phase during the temperature change was numerically analyzed with the aid of the micromechanical model,and the hot pressed glass-spherical alumina material was used as the research object.A nonlinear damage behavior simulation method was proposed for the whole reheating-cooling process of the material.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experiments.The degree of the thermal damage of a material is influenced by the absolute value of Δα and the volume fraction of the particle phase.The larger the absolute value of Δα and the higher the volume fraction of the particle phase,the severer the thermal damage of the material.
