Research progress of purging plugs for ladles

Abstract

Abstract: Inert gas is blown into the molten steel through purging plugs for stirring,so as to achieve the purposes such as uniform composition,temperature adjustment and inclusions removal.The performance of purging plugs directly affects the refining effect and the steel quality.Therefore,the service requirements of purging plugs for ladles were put forward,the research status of purging plugs in recent years was expounded,and the future development direction and research focus of purging plugs were prospected.

摘要： 通过透气砖将惰性气体吹入钢液中,对钢液进行搅拌,达到均匀成分、调节温度以及去除夹杂物等目的。透气砖的性能会直接影响到钢包精炼效果和钢的质量。为此,提出了钢包用透气砖的使用要求,阐述了近年来透气砖的研究现状,最后对透气砖未来的发展方向和研究重点进行了展望。
