Abstract: The various adverse factors affecting the campaign life of a 200 t ladle in Jingtang Company were analyzed.The life of the ladle was increased from 240 heats to 260 heats by stabilizing the turnover,specifying return steel operation,controlling KR desulfurizer composition and desulfurization slag iron moisture,etc.After 260 heats,the ladle was removed,the residual thickness of refractories in the working area was still higher than the removal standard.The practical application results show that:only by reducing the influence of external adverse factors and the probability of abnormal corrosion to refractories can extend the campaign life.

摘要： 分析了各种不利因素对京唐200 t铁包包龄的影响,通过稳定200 t铁包周转率,规范承接回炉钢操作,管控KR脱硫剂成分及脱硫渣铁水分等手段,将200 t铁包包龄从240次稳步提升至260次,而且在260次铁包下线被拆除后,工作层耐火材料的残厚仍然高于拆除标准。实际应用结果表明:只有减少外部不利因素对铁包的影响,降低铁包耐火材料发生异常侵蚀的概率,才能为延长铁包包龄打下坚实的基础。
