纳米材料改性低碳Al2O3-C耐火材料的研究现状

Research status on nano materials modified low carbon alumina-carbon refractories

摘要: 传统Al2O3-C耐火材料具有优异的抗剥落性、抗渣性和抗热震性,被广泛应用于钢铁生产。随着洁净钢冶炼工艺的发展,传统Al2O3-C耐火材料较高的碳含量已无法满足其生产标准,而降低Al2O3-C耐火材料中的碳含量又会导致材料的抗热震性能和抗侵蚀性能的下降。为了解决这些问题,研究人员尝试向耐火材料基质中直接加入或原位生成纳米材料,来提高Al2O3-C耐火材料的高温服役性能。综述了近年来纳米碳材料和纳米陶瓷相对低碳Al2O3-C耐火材料基质改性的研究现状,展望了今后该领域的研究方向。

Abstract: The conventional alumina-carbon (Al2O3-C) refractories are widely used in the iron and steel production because of their excellent spalling resistance,slag resistance,and thermal shock resistance.However,with the development of clean steel smelting processes,they can’t satisfy the production standard of clean steel due to their high carbon content.Nevertheless,the thermal shock resistance and the corrosion resistance of Al2O3-C refractories will be reduced by lowering the carbon content.To solve these problems,researchers attempted to directly add or in situ synthesize nano materials in refractory matrix to improve the high temperature service performance of Al2O3-C refractories.The research status of matrix modification of low-carbon Al2O3-C refractories by nano carbon materials and nano ceramic phases in recent years was reviewed,and the research direction in this field was prospected.
