耐火材料专利技术发展特点分析

摘要: 使用R语言+Excel,综合运用数据清洗、数据合并、数据透视、文本分析、关联分析、专家分析等操作,对从中国知网下载的公开时间从2019年初至2021年底、主分类号为C04B35以下12个子项的4 410项专利,重点为其中17家典型单位的958项专利进行了分析。从专利类别、国别和申请人、热点词、所服务行业及技术特征等角度进行了解读。发现:1)中国已成为推动耐火材料技术发展的主力军;2)中科院等高温陶瓷技术提供者、武汉科技大学等耐火材料全面应用技术提供者、北京利尔等钢铁等行业用耐火材料专业技术提供者成为中国耐火材料及高温陶瓷发展的主要引领者;3)耐火材料技术正在通过科学大融合、技术集成及技术与市场大结合等方式突破瓶颈、升级换代。

Abstract: This paper used R language + Excel,and data cleaning,data merging,data pivoting,text analysis,correlation analysis,expert analysis and other operations to analyze 4 410 patents downloaded from CNKI from the beginning of 2019 to the end of 2021,focusing on 958 patents of 17 typical units.These patents belonged to 12-sub items with the main classification of C04B35.It was interpreted from the perspectives of patent category,country and applicant,hot words,service industry and technical characteristics.It is found that:(1)China has become a leader to promote the development of refractory technology;(2)the high-temperature ceramic technology providers such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences,the integrated refractory application technology provider such as Wuhan University of Science and Technology,the professional refractory technology providers such as Beijing Lirr High Temperature Materials Co.,Ltd.have become the leaders in China;(3)through the science conrergence,the technology integration,and the great combination of technology and markets,China’s refractory industry is breaking through the bottleneck and undergoing upgrading.
