挡渣滑板用锆板性能改进及应用

摘要: 分析了某钢厂300 t转炉镶锆挡渣滑板的使用现状及内滑板锆板和锆管剥落的原因。通过造粒、控制稳定度改进锆板/锆管的性能,使其兼具良好的力学性能和抗热震性能;同时改进挡渣滑板的结构,将内滑板锆板与锆管做成一个整体部件以提高其抗机械破坏能力。改进后的挡渣滑板解决了原有锆板/锆管剥落问题,使用寿命可望提高到25次。

Abstract: The application status of the zirconia plate inlaid slag skimming slide plates in a 300 t converter in a steel plant was introduced,and the reasons for the spalling of the zirconia plate and the zirconia tube of the inner slide plate were analyzed.Through granulation and stability control,the performance of the zirconia plate and the zirconia tube was improved,achieving good mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance.The structure of the slag skimming slide plate was improved by integrating the zirconia plate with the zirconia tube to improve its resistance to mechanical damage.The improved slag skimming slide plate solved the spalling problem of the original zirconia plate and zirconia tube,and the service life was expected to reach 25 heats.
