利用盐湖老卤制备高性能烧结镁砂的研究

Preparation of high performance sintered magnesia by utilizing salt lake brine

摘要: 为实现青海盐湖镁资源的高效高值化综合利用,利用溶解-析出法从青海盐湖老卤中获得高纯度的水氯镁石(MgCl2·6H2O),并通过直接分解法制备高活性的轻烧氧化镁,经球磨、干燥和成型,于1 600 ℃分别保温1、2和3 h制备烧结镁砂。研究了轻烧氧化镁粉体粒径、保温时间对烧结镁砂体积密度和显微结构的影响。结果表明:将获得的轻烧氧化镁粉体颗粒磨细至1.303 μm,经1 600 ℃保温2 h后,制备的烧结镁砂的体积密度为3.43 g·cm-3,显气孔率为3.3%,可用于钢铁、有色冶金等高温行业。

Abstract: To achieve high efficient and high-value comprehensive utilization of magnesium resources in Qinghai Salt Lake,high purity bischofite (MgCl2·6H2O) was extracted from Qinghai salt lake brine by the dissolution-precipitation method,and highly active light burned magnesia was prepared by direct decomposition,followed by ball milling,drying,and molding,The and firing at 1 600 ℃ for 1,2,and 3 h to obtain sintered magnesia.The effects of particle size of light burned magnesia powder and holding time on the bulk density and microstructure of the sintered magnesia were studied.The results show that after grinding the obtained light burned magnesia powder to 1.303 μm and firing at 1 600 ℃ for 2 h,the sintered magnesia has the bulk density of 3.43 g·cm-3,and the apparent porosity of 3.3%.It can be applied to high-temperature industries such as iron steel,and non-ferrous metallurgy.
