摘要: 综述了国内外关于流延成型技术制备氮化硅陶瓷的原理和流程,阐述了有机和水基流延浆料体系中各种添加剂的特点和工艺流程参数对流延效果的影响,总结了流延成型技术制备片状氮化硅陶瓷的研究进展及仍存在的问题,同时探讨该技术未来的发展方向。

关键词: 氮化硅陶瓷, 流延成型, 有机流延体系, 水基流延体系

Abstract: The principles and processes of preparing silicon nitride ceramics by tape-casting technology in China and aboard were reviewed.The characteristics of various additives in both organic and water-based tape-casting slurry systems as well as the influence of process parameters on the tape-casting effect were elaborated.The research progress and existing problems in the preparation of sheet-like silicon nitride ceramics by tape-casting technology were summarized.The future development direction of this technology was discussed.
