薄带连铸侧封板用耐火材料的发展及其特点

摘要: 薄带连铸是一种近终连续铸钢技术,具有流程短、设备简单、能耗低、成材率高和生产成本低等优点。其中,侧封板直接影响带材的质量和生产效率,是薄带连铸技术中关键材料。综述了薄带连铸技术工艺及侧封板用耐火材料的种类、特点和制备工艺,并重点介绍了近年来氮化硼(BN)基陶瓷复合材料在薄带连铸中的应用。

Abstract: Strip casting is a near-net-shape continuous steel casting technology,which features with a short process flow,simple equipment,low energy consumption,high yield,and low production costs.Among them,side dam plates,as the key materials in strip casting technology,directly affect the quality of strips and the production efficiency.This article reviews the strip casting technology process as well as the types,characteristics,and preparation processes of refractories for side dam plates,and particularly focuses on the application of boron nitride (BN)-based ceramic composite materials in strip casting in recent years.
