废匣钵粉加入量对堇青石-莫来石质耐火材料性能的影响

Influence of waste sagger addition on performance of cordierite-mullite refractories

摘要:

为研究废旧匣钵在锂电池正极材料用堇青石-莫来石质匣钵中回收利用的可能性,以粒度为≤0.044 mm的废匣钵粉,1.25~0.5 mm的堇青石颗粒,2~1、≤1 mm的M70莫来石颗粒,≤0.5、≤0.045 mm的电熔镁铝尖晶石,以及氧化铝微粉、广西白泥为主要原料,用质量分数为0、4%、8%、12%的废匣钵细粉替代部分氧化铝微粉和尖晶石细粉制备堇青石-莫来石质试样,并经1 320、1 350和1 380 ℃保温3 h烧后测试其体积密度、显气孔率和常温强度等物理性能,通过SEM对烧后试样的显微结构进行分析。结果表明:随着废匣钵粉添加量的增加,试样的体积密度和显气孔率变化较小,强度略有下降。综合来看,废匣钵粉添加量(w)为4%、8%时对堇青石-莫来石质匣钵试样性能的影响较小。

Abstract:

In order to study the possibility of recycling waste sagger from cordierite-mullite lithium battery cathode material sagger,cordierite-mullite specimens were prepared using waste sagger powder (≤0.044 mm),cordierite particles (1.25-0.5 mm),M70 mullite particles (2-1,≤1 mm),fused magnesium aluminate spinel (≤0.5,≤0.045 mm),alumina micropowder and Guangxi white mud as main raw materials,using 0,4%,8% and 12% waste sagger powder to substitute alumina micropowder and spinel fine powder.After fired at 1 320,1 350 and 1 380 ℃ for 3 h,the physical properties such as bulk density,apparent porosity and cold strength were tested,and the microstructure of the specimnes was analyzed by SEM.The results show that with the waste sagger powder addition increasing,the bulk density and the apparent porosity of the specimens change little,and the strength decreases slightly.In conclusion,the addition of 4% or 8% waste sagger powder has little effect on the properties of cordierite-mullite specimens.
