摘要: 为提高CA6-MA(六铝酸钙-镁铝尖晶石)的性能,以CaO、MgO、Al2O3和Sm2O3为原料,通过高温固相烧结法制备CA6-MA复合材料,研究了Sm2O3加入量(外加质量分数分别为0、2%、4%、6%)和热处理温度(1 400、1 500、1 600 ℃)对CA6-MA复合材料物相组成、显气孔率、体积密度、常温抗折强度和显微结构的影响。结果表明:1)适当提高热处理温度,可促进CA6合成反应,热处理温度为1 600 ℃时,试样中只有CA6和MA;2)Sm2O3的引入促进了MA的晶体发育,CA6趋向等轴晶型转变,显著提高试样的致密度;3)添加6%(w) Sm2O3的试样经1 600 ℃热处理后综合性能最佳,其体积密度为3.26 g·cm-3,显气孔率为13.4%,常温抗折强度为135 MPa。

Abstract: To improve their properties,calcium hexaluminate-magnesium aluminate spinel (CA6-MA) composites were prepared using CaO,MgO,Al2O3,and Sm2O3 as raw materials through a high-temperature solid-phase sintering method.The effects of the Sm2O3 addition (0,2%,4%,and 6%,by mass,extra-adding) and heat treatment temperature (1 400,1 500,and 1 600 ℃) on the phase composition,apparent porosity,bulk density,cold modulus of rupture,and microstructure of the CA6-MA composites were investigated.The results indicate that:(1)the synthesis reaction of CA6 can be promoted by increasing the heat treatment temperature appropriately;when the heat treatment temperature is 1 600 ℃,only CA6 and MA exist in the sample;(2)the introduction of Sm2O3 promotes the crystal development of MA,and CA6 tends to become equiaxed,significantly improving the density of the sample;(3)the sample with 6% Sm2O3 exhibits the optimal comprehensive properties after firing at 1 600 ℃,with the bulk density of 3.26 g·cm-3,the apparent porosity of 13.4%,and the cold modulus of rupture of 135 MPa.
