二步烧结法制备高密度烧结镁砂的研究

Preparation of high-density sintered magnesia by two-step sintering method

摘要: 为了制备高密度烧结镁砂,以浮选菱镁矿精矿粉为原料,通过对浮选菱镁矿精矿粉进行物相分析、显微结构分析以及柠檬酸活性测试确定氧化镁的最佳轻烧制度;通过体积密度、显气孔率和显微结构分析确定了二步烧结制度。结果表明:浮选菱镁矿粉的最佳轻烧制度为800 ℃保温3 h,从节能和高密度两个角度考虑,二步烧结的最佳热处理条件为1 800 ℃保温3 h,可得到体积密度为3.41 g·cm-3的高密度烧结镁砂。

Abstract: In order to prepare high-density sintered magnesia,the concentrate powder of flotation magnesite was used as the raw material.The optimal light calcination condition of magnesia was determined via phase analysis,microstructure observation and citric acid activity test of flotation magnesite concentrate powder,and the two-step sintering procedure was confirmed by testing bulk density,apparent porosity and characterizing microstructure.The results show that the optimal light-burning system for flotation magnesite powder is holding at 800 ℃ for 3 h.From the perspectives of energy conservation and high density,the optimal two-step sintering condition is holding at 1 800 ℃ for 3 h,by which high-density sintered magnesia with a bulk density of 3.41 g·cm-3 can be obtained.
