Abstract: SiC ceramics have excellent properties and are widely used in various industries.However,the lack of toughness restricts their application as structural materials.Therefore,improving their toughness has become a research hotspot and focus.The research status of SiC composites toughened by different strengthening phases,such as particle phases,whiskers,fibers and low dimensional nano-materials (carbon nanotubes and graphene),was reviewed,expecting to provide a reference for toughening SiC ceramics in the future.

摘要: SiC陶瓷具有优良的性能,被广泛应用于各领域,但因韧性不足而制约其作为结构材料的应用,故提升其韧性已成为研究热点和焦点。因此,综述了颗粒、晶须、纤维和低维纳米材料(碳纳米管和石墨烯)等不同增强相增韧SiC复合陶瓷的研究现状,期望为今后SiC陶瓷的增韧研究提供参考。
