燃气轮机燃烧室用陶瓷瓦块的定量无损检测方法研究

Abstract: The percussion position and the vibration receiving position of whole ceramic tiles for the elastic modulus testing were determined,and the elastic modulus E’ at the corresponding positions was measured by the pulse excitation method.Samples were prepared according to GB/T 30758,while the elastic modulus E of the samples was measured.E’ and E were numerically fitted,and a mathematical model was established.The result shows that the linear correlation coefficient R2 of the two is 0.992.Therefore,the elastic modulus of ceramic tiles can be quantitatively evaluated without damaging their structure through measuring the elastic modulus of the tiles by the excitation method and then calculating the actual elastic modulus according to the fitting formula.

摘要: 确定整块瓦块弹性模量示值测试的敲击位置和振动接收位置,利用脉冲激振法在对应位置测定其弹性模量值E’,再按照GB/T 30758—2014制样检测瓦块的弹性模量E,对E’和E进行数值拟合、建立数学模型,拟合结果显示二者线性相关,决定系数R2为0.992。因此,通过激振法测定瓦块的弹性模量后,再根据拟合公式计算瓦块的弹性模量实测值,能够在不破坏陶瓷瓦块结构的情况,对其弹性模量进行定量评估。
