废旧耐火材料用作钢铁冶金熔剂的研究进展

Abstract: The current exploitation situation of waste refractories was summarized.The resource utilization of waste refractories in foreign advanced steel enterprises was introduced,namely,waste MgO refractories as steelmaking flux instead of light burned dolomite refractories,and waste Al2O3 refractories as refining flux instead of bauxite refractories.Finally,the development and research direction of the resource utilization of waste refractories were prospected.

摘要: 总结了废旧耐火材料的利用现状,介绍了国外先进钢铁企业废旧耐火材料资源化利用的情况,即废旧MgO质耐火材料代替轻烧白云石用作炼钢熔剂,废旧Al2O3质耐火材料代替铝矾土用作精炼熔剂,最后展望了废旧耐火材料资源化利用的发展和研究方向。
