高性能转炉出钢口管砖的开发与应用

Abstract:

The influences of different antioxidants (Al powder,Al powder+Si powder,Al powder+Si powder+CaB6 powder) and carbon sources (flake graphite,granulated graphite,and expanded graphite) on the properties of taphole pipe bricks for converter prepared using fused magnesia,flake graphite as raw materials were investigated.The results show that:(1)the oxidation resistance and hot modulus of rupture of magnesia-carbon taphole pipe bricks are significantly improved when using Al powder+Si powder+ CaB6 powder;(2)the introduction of granulated graphite is beneficial for the improvement of thermal shock resistance and oxidation resistance;although the addition of expanded graphite can significantly improve the thermal shock resistance,it reduces their oxidation resistance;(3)the developed taphole pipe bricks were applied in the converters in a steel plant with the average service life of 181 cycles,enhancing by 45%.

摘要:

以电熔镁砂、鳞片石墨为主要原料制备了镁碳质转炉出钢口管砖,研究了不同的抗氧化剂(Al粉、Al粉+Si粉、Al粉+Si粉+CaB6粉)和碳源种类(鳞片石墨、造粒石墨和膨胀石墨)对其性能的影响。结果表明:1)复合添加Al粉+Si粉+CaB6粉,镁碳出钢口管砖的抗氧化性能、高温抗折强度显著改善;2)引入造粒石墨有利于镁碳出钢口管砖的抗热震性和抗氧化性能的改善,膨胀石墨的添加虽能够显著改善镁碳出钢口管砖的抗热震性,但却降低了材料的抗氧化性能;3)研制的转炉出钢口管砖在某钢厂转炉应用,平均使用寿命181次,比之前提高了45%,效果良好。
