梭式窑烟气处理及余热综合利用

Abstract:

Due to the intermittent operation of shuttle kilns,the flue gas volume and temperature,the pollutant content and other indicators are changing at any time,bringing a series of problems for flue gas environmental treatment to meet the emission standards.After years of practice,the pollutant content of shuttle kilns after flue gas treatment meets the fourth period standard of “Shandong Province Regional Air Pollutant Comprehensive Emission Standard”,and the emission index is stable,which realizes the coordinated and efficient operation of three shuttle kilns.

摘要:

梭式窑因间歇式运行,造成烟气量、烟气温度、污染物含量等指标随时都在变化,为烟气环保处理至达标排放带来一系列难题。经过多年实践,梭式窑烟气处理后的污染物含量满足《山东省区域性大气污染物综合排放标准》第四时段标准规定,排放指标控制稳定,实现了3条梭式窑的协同高效运行。
