工业固废基多孔陶瓷的研究进展

Abstract: Industrial production and urbanization have generated a large amount of industrial solid waste,which has brought a serious damage to the human ecological environment.How to utilize them as resources is one of the current research hotspots in the field of materials.Solid waste,being rich in elements such as Al and Si,as raw materials to prepare porous ceramics can not only significantly reduce the production cost of porous materials for high-temperature industries and constructions,but also provide an effective way to high-value utilization of solid waste resources,showing the important economic,environmental and social benefits.This article reviews the current research status of fly ash,steel slag,red mud and other solid wastes in the preparation and application of porous ceramics in recent years.

摘要: 工业生产与城市化发展产生了大量工业固体废弃物(以下统称为“固废”),给人类生态环境带来了严峻危害,如何将它们资源化利用是当前材料领域的研究热点之一。固废中含有丰富的Al、Si等元素,以其为原料制备多孔陶瓷,不仅可以显著降低高温工业和建筑行业用多孔材料的生产成本,还为大宗固废资源的高值化利用提供了有效途径,具有重要的经济、环保与社会效益。本文中,综述了近年来粉煤灰、钢渣、赤泥以及其他固废在多孔陶瓷制备与应用方面的研究现状。
