莫来石基多孔材料制备方法研究进展

Abstract: Mullite has a high melting point,a low thermal expansion coefficient,excellent thermal shock resistance,and relatively low thermal conductivity.Therefore,porous mullite-based materials are widely used in high-temperature thermal insulation,catalysis,filtration,and other fields.The research and application status of porous mullite,mullite fiber-based ceramics,and mullite aerogels,based on the differences in the morphology and structure of mullite,were reviewed in this manuscript.Furthermore,the future research directions and application prospects of mullite-based porous materials are discussed,aiming to provide references and insights for the future research.

摘要: 莫来石具有较高的熔点、较低的热膨胀系数、优良的抗热震性能以及相对较低的热导率等,莫来石基多孔材料常被应用于高温隔热、催化、过滤等领域。根据莫来石形貌和结构的不同,综述了多孔莫来石、莫来石纤维基多孔陶瓷、莫来石气凝胶等的制备方法和应用现状,并对莫来石基多孔材料未来的研究方向和应用领域进行了展望,以期为相关领域的研究提供思路。
