炉排式生活垃圾焚烧炉用耐火砖砖型设计标准化研究

Standardization research of refractory brick type design for household refuse grate incinerators

摘要:

根据我国各种炉排炉耐火砖砖型进行设计,将耐火砖分成方砖、拉固砖、镶嵌式空冷砖、落差墙顶部砖、起脚砖、出风口砖和锚固砖等主要砖型。通过归类总结和优化设计,标准化了炉排炉炉墙耐火砖砖型设计和尺寸特征。同时,结合膨胀设计需要和炉墙结构特征,将炉墙划分为若干个模块化设计单元,每个单元是独立又相互连接的一个整体。实践证明,砖型标准化以及炉墙模块化设计,适用于各种炉排炉炉墙设计。这不仅显著提高了生产和施工效率,降低成本,缩短备货和检修周期,同时多层拉固灵活的设计方案和局部高温炉墙独立采用的风冷设计,进一步提高了炉墙的稳定性,减少了停炉清灰频次,显著提高了焚烧炉运转率。

Abstract:

According to the refractory brick types of various grate incinerators in China,the refractory bricks were classified into square brick,pulled anchor brick,mosaic air-cooled brick,drop wall top brick,starting brick,air outlet brick,anchor brick,etc.By categorizing summary and design optimization,the refractory brick type design and dimensional characteristics of the grate incinerator walls were standardized.In combination with the expansion design needs and the furnace wall structural features,the furnace walls were divided into several modular design units,each unit is an independent and interconnected whole.Practice proved that the brick type standardization and the modular design of the furnace wall were suitable for the design of various grate furnace walls,which significantly improved production and construction efficiency,reduced costs,and shortened the stocking and maintenance cycle.Meanwhile,the multi-layer anchoring flexible design and independently air-cooled design of the local high-temperature furnace wall further improved the stability of the furnace wall and reduced the frequency of furnace shutdown for ash removal,significantly extending the operating rate of the incinerator.
