氧化钇引入量和烧结方式对白云石烧结的影响

Effect of Y2O3 addition and sintering method on sintering of dolomite

摘要:

为了提高白云石熟料的烧结致密度,优化其显微结构,以天然白云石为原料,以不同量的Y2O3(m(Y2O3)∶m(CaO+MgO)分别为0、2.0%、2.5%、3.0%和3.5%)为添加剂,分别采用传统烧结和感应烧结两种方式制备了白云石熟料,研究了Y2O3引入量和烧结方式对白云石烧结性能和显微结构的影响。结果表明:1)与传统烧结方式相比,采用感应烧结方式可在一定程度上提高烧结白云石熟料的致密程度,并提高Y2O3在主晶相中的固溶程度。2)采用传统烧结方式,引入Y2O3后试样中CaO的平均晶粒粒径明显增大。与传统烧结方式相比,感应烧结试样中,引入Y2O3后CaO的平均晶粒粒径较小,CaO和MgO的分散性和分布均匀性较高。

Abstract:

In order to improve the sintering densification of dolomite clinker and optimize its microstructure,dolomite clinkers were prepared by traditional sintering and induction sintering,respectively,using natural dolomite as the raw material and adding different amounts of Y2O3 (m(Y2O3)/(m(CaO+MgO):0,2.0%,2.5%,3.0% and 3.5%).The effects of the Y2O3 addition and the sintering method on the sintering properties and microstructure of dolomite were investigated.The results show that:(1)compared with the traditional sintering method,the induction sintering method improves the densification of the sintered dolomite clinker and increases the solid solution degree of Y2O3 in the main crystalline phase;(2)via the traditional sintering method,the Y2O3 doped sample has obviously increased CaO average grain size; while using the induction sintering method,the average grain size of CaO decreases and CaO and MgO distribute uniformly.
