摘要:

结合耐火材料生产工艺,阐述了耐火材料生产的主要装备和智能制造关键技术,包括原料智能仓储立体库、自动配料系统、成型自动化生产线、全自动温控超高温隧道窑、生产过程的智能在线检测以及服役过程的智能在线监测等,并提出了耐火材料智能制造的发展建议。

Abstract:

Combined with the production processes,the main equipment and the key technologies of refractory intelligent manufacturing were discussed,including the intelligent stereoscopic warehouse of raw materials,automatic batching system,automatic molding production line,automatic temperature control of ultra-high temperature tunnel kiln,intelligent on-line detection during production,and intelligent on-line monitoring during service.The development suggestions on refractory intelligent manufacturing were also put forward.
