结合剂对铝镁质喷补料性能的影响

Effect of binders on performance of Al2O3-MgO gunning mix

摘要:

以板状刚玉、电熔镁砂、α-Al2O3微粉和SiO2微粉为主要原料,以铝酸钙水泥、SiO2溶胶、Al2O3溶胶为结合剂制备了铝镁质喷补料,研究了结合剂种类对该喷补料性能的影响。结果表明:1)SiO2溶胶结合铝镁质喷补料的烘后强度较高,并在高温下生成镁橄榄石,降低了喷补料的显气孔率。加入4%(w)SiO2溶胶时,试样热震后的抗折强度保持率最高。2)Al2O3溶胶结合铝镁质喷补料中有层片状结构形成,其抗热震性能较好,但显气孔率较多,强度较低。

Abstract:

Al2O3-MgO gunning mix was prepared using tabular corundum,fused magnesia,α-Al2O3 micropowder and SiO2 miropowder as main starting materials,calcium aluminate cement,SiO2 sol and Al2O3 sol as binders.Effect of binders on the properties of the gunning mix was studied.The results show that:(1)the specimen with SiO2 sol as the binder after baking has a higher strength,forming forsterite at high temperatures,which reduces the apparent porosity;with 4% SiO2 sol,the specimen obtains the high retention ratio of modulus of rupture after thermal shock;(2)specimen with Al2O3 sol as the binder has a lamellar structure,good thermal shock resistance,but high apparent porosity and low strength.
