SiO2微粉对铝镁质喷补料基质流变行为的影响

Effect of SiO2 micropowder on rheological behavior of alumina magnesia gunning mixes

摘要: 以烧结板状刚玉、α-Al2O3微粉、水泥、电熔镁砂为原料制备铝镁质喷补料,加入质量分数分别为0、0.5%、1%、1.5%和2%的SiO2微粉,探究其加入量对铝镁质喷补料常温性能及喷补料浆料(基质)的流变行为的影响。结果表明:1)铝镁质喷补料浆料的流变行为符合De-Kee流体方程,SiO2微粉的加入降低了浆料的线性黏弹区范围;当SiO2加入量为0.5%(w)时,流动状态下的浆料具有最低的屈服应力与黏度值,此时浆料具有最佳的泵送性能;在凝胶状态下,随着SiO2微粉加入量增加,凝胶体储能模量G′增大,浆料弹性增大;2)在铝镁质喷补料中引入适量的SiO2微粉可以改善浆料的流变行为,提高其流动性能及施工后致密化程度。

Abstract: Alumina magnesia gunning mixes were prepared using sintered tabular alumina,α-Al2O3 micropowder,cement and fused magnesia as raw materials,adding SiO2 micropowders (0,0.5%,1%,1.5% and 2%,by mass).The effects of the SiO2 micropowder addition on the cold properties of gunning mixes and the rheological behavior of gunning mix slurries (matrix) were investigated.The results show that:(1)the rheological behavior of the alumina magnesia gunning mix slurries conforms to the De-Kee Fluid Equation,and the SiO2 micropowder addition reduces the linear viscoelastic range of the slurries;when the SiO2 addition is 0.5%,the slurry has the lowest yield stress and viscosity in the flow state,showing the best pumping performance;in the gel state,with the increase of the SiO2 micropowder addition,the storage modulus G′ of the gel increases,and the elasticity of the slurry increases;(2)an appropriate introduction of SiO2 micropowder in the alumina magnesia gunning mix can improve the rheological behavior of the slurry,and improve the flow properties as well as the densification degree after construction.
