水泥回转窑过渡带用集成模块化节能窑衬研究

Research on integrated modularity energy-saving kiln lining for cement rotary kilns transition zone

摘要:

为进一步降低吨水泥熟料的煤、电和耐火材料消耗,通过材料的集成模块化和轻量化技术,研发了水泥回转窑过渡带用节能窑衬,探索了不同集成模块化结构节能窑衬的保温效果,并在5 000 t·d-1新型干法水泥生产线上应用。该技术能够有效减轻窑衬质量,减小筒体负荷,降低筒体的表面温度。

Abstract:

In order to further reduce the consumption of coal,electricity and refractories for per ton of cement clinker,the energy-saving linings for transition zone of cement rotary kilns were developed through integrated modularity and lightweight technology of materials,and the thermal insulation effect of the linings with different integrated modularity structures was explored,which was applied in a 5 000 t·d-1 new dry cement production line.The technology could effectively reduce the mass of kiln lining,reduce the load and the surface temperature of the cylinder.
