摘要: 概括了在大废钢比生产模式下生产工艺的变化对钢包耐火材料使用效果的影响,分析了钢包渣线砖、壁砖及供气砖的侵蚀原因及影响因素变化,指出了钢包加热比例增加是耐火材料使用异常的主要原因,并通过采取钢包壁砖局部加厚、定期维护修补、改进耐火材料质量、优化操作工艺及维护方式等措施来满足炼钢工艺变化的需求。

Abstract: The influence of production process changes on application of ladle refractories during production with high scrap ratio was summarized.The corrosion reasons of ladle slag line bricks,wall bricks and gas supply bricks as well as their influencing factors were analyzed.It is pointed out that the increase of ladle heating ratio is the main reason for the abnormal performance of refractories,and the requirements of the steelmaking process changes can be satisfied through local thickening of ladle wall bricks,regular maintenance and repair,quality improvement of refractories,and optimization of operation processes and maintenance modes.
