南钢鱼雷罐炉衬保温优化及应用

Thermal insulation optimization and application of torpedo ladle lining in Nanjing Iron & Steel

摘要: 为提高鱼雷罐保温效果,降低铁水温降,通过有限元软件ANSYS分析了鱼雷罐炉衬添加蛭石板作为保温层后的效果,并进行现场应用。结果表明:鱼雷罐增加一层蛭石板后,铁水温降可减少5.6 ℃;现场应用表明,炉衬结构优化后,锥段最高温度由307.1 ℃降低到242.9 ℃,节能效果明显。

Abstract: To improve the thermal insulation effect of torpedo ladles and reduce the temperature drop of hot iron,the effect of adding vermiculite plates as the thermal insulation layer to the torpedo ladle lining was analyzed by finite element software ANSYS,and the field application was carried out.The results show that:the temperature drop of hot iron decreases by 5.6 ℃ after adding a layer of vermiculite plates;and the field application indicates that the maximum temperature of the cone section decreases from 307.1 ℃ to 242.9 ℃ with the structure optimization of the ladle lining,presenting an obvious energy-saving effect.
