锆英石加入量对刚玉质多孔材料性能的影响

Effect of zircon addition on properties of corundum porous materials

摘要: 为提高弥散型透气砖的抗侵蚀性,以电熔白刚玉颗粒及细粉、α-Al2O3微粉、Cr2O3微粉、广西黏土、锆英石粉等为主要原料,固定电熔白刚玉颗粒与细粉的质量比为85∶15,分别加入0、1%、2%和3%(w)的锆英石粉等量替代白刚玉细粉,通过颗粒堆积造孔法经1 650 ℃保温3 h制备了刚玉质多孔材料,探究锆英石粉的引入对多孔材料性能及显微结构的影响。结果表明:加入锆英石后,多孔材料的透气度增加,常温强度和高温强度明显增大,烧后膨胀率降低;当锆英石的加入量为2%(w)时,试样的线变化率最小,透气度最大,综合性能较优。

Abstract: This paper aims to improve the corrosion resistance of dispersive purging plugs.White fused corundum particles and fine powder,α-Al2O3 micropowder,Cr2O3 micropowder,Guangxi clay and zircon powder were used as the main raw materials.The mass ratio of white fused corundum particles and fine powder was fixed at 85∶15,and 0,1%,2% or 3% (by mass) of zircon powder was added to replace the same amount of white corundum fine powder.The corundum porous material was prepared by the particle stacking pore-forming method at 1 650 ℃ for 3 h.The effect of the zircon addition on the properties and microstructure of porous materials was investigated.The results show that:after adding zircon,the permeability of the porous material increases,the cold and hot strengths increase obviously,and the expansion rate after firing decreases.When the addition of zircon is 2%,the comprehensive performance of the sample is optimal with the smallest linear change rate and the biggest permeability.
