Al2O3外加量对Al2O3-SiO2-ZnO-B2O3-Na2O微晶玻璃涂层的影响

Effect of Al2O3 extra-addition on Al2O3-SiO2-ZnO-B2O3-Na2O glass-ceramics coatings

摘要: 为满足某些特殊高压大型装备的使用需求,改善轻质耐火材料抗裂性能差,易吸湿的缺点,以SiO2、ZnO、Al2O3、B2O3和四硼酸钠为原料,制备了低温烧成的轻质耐火材料表面涂层用Al2O3-SiO2-ZnO-B2O3-Na2O(ASZBN)微晶玻璃,结合FactSage 8.2热力学计算软件,探讨Al2O3外加量(外加质量分数分别为0、4%、8%和12%)对微晶玻璃涂层的TG-DSC、显微结构、弹性模量等的影响。结果表明:随着Al2O3外加量的增加,ASZBN玻璃体系的玻璃化转变温度降低,730 ℃进行热处理后玻璃表面裂纹数量先增加后减少,ASZBN微晶玻璃的弹性模量先降低后增加。低于700 ℃时,ASZBN微晶玻璃体系的黏度较高。但高于700 ℃后,黏度随着温度升高而骤降,并随Al2O3外加量的增加而增大。当Al2O3外加量为12%(w)时,730 ℃进行热处理后,玻璃涂层表面平整且裂纹不明显,弹性模量也较高。

Abstract: To meet the requirements of some specialized high-pressure large-scale equipment and improve the crack resistance and hygroscopicity of lightweight refractories,low-temperature fired Al2O3-SiO2-ZnO-B2O3-Na2O (ASZBN) glass-ceramics were developed for the surface coatings of lightweight refractories using SiO2,ZnO,Al2O3,B2O3,and sodium tetraborate as the raw materials.The effects of Al2O3 extra-addition (0,4%,8%,and 12%,by mass) on the TG-DSC behavior,microstructure,and elastic modulus of the glass-ceramics coatings were investigated using FactSage 8.2 thermodynamic calculations.The results show that:with Al2O3 extra-addition increasing,the glass transition temperature of the ASZBN glass system decreases;after heat treatment at 730 ℃,cracks on the glass surface first increase and then decrease,and the elastic modulus of the ASZBN glass-ceramics first decreases and then increases.The viscosity of the ASZBN glass-ceramic system is higher when the temperature is lower than 700 ℃.When the temperature is higher than 700 ℃,the viscosity drops sharply with temperature rising and increases with the increase of Al2O3 extra-addition.When the Al2O3 extra-addition is 12%,after heat treatment at 730 ℃,the glass coating exhibits a smooth surface with negligible cracks and a high elastic modulus .
