乳酸镁和葡萄糖酸镁对轻烧MgO水化行为的影响

Effect of magnesium lactate and magnesium gluconate on hydration behavior of light-burnt magnesia

摘要: 为优化轻烧氧化镁的水化行为,以轻烧氧化镁为原料,乳酸镁和葡萄糖酸镁为调凝剂,通过对轻烧MgO的水化程度、水化热和低场核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)进行表征,研究2种调凝剂(乳酸镁、葡萄糖酸镁)对轻烧MgO凝结时间及水化产物显微形貌的影响。结果表明:相对于乳酸镁,葡萄糖酸镁对轻烧MgO水化、硬化行为和水化产物显微形貌的影响更为明显;引入3%(w)乳酸镁水化50 h累计放热量约为400 J·g-1,初凝时间为15 min,水化产物晶体形貌呈薄片花瓣状;引入3%(w)葡萄糖酸镁水化50 h累计放热量约为300 J·g-1,初凝时间延长至45 min,水化产物晶体形貌呈六方板形或四方双锥形。

Abstract: To optimize its hydration behavior,light-burnt magnesia was used as the raw material,with magnesium lactate and magnesium gluconate as retarders.The hydration degree,hydration heat,and 1H-NMR of the light-burnt magnesia were characterized to study the effects of the two retarders on the setting time and the microscopic morphology of the hydration products of the light-burnt magnesia.The results show that,compared with magnesium lactate,magnesium gluconate has a more significant effect on the hydration,the hardening behavior,and the microscopic morphology of the hydration products of the light-burnt MgO.With 3 mass% magnesium lactate,the cumulative heat release after 50 h of hydration is approxi-mately 400 J·g-1,the initial setting time is 15 min,and the hydration products exhibit lamellar petal-like crystal morphology.With 3 mass% magnesium gluconate,the cumulative heat release after 50 h of hydration is approximately 300 J·g-1,the initial setting time extends to 45 min,and the hydration products show hexagonal plate-like or tetragonal bipyramidal crystal morphology.
