Research Progress on Coating Formation Performance of Refractories for Cement Rotary Kilns

摘要: 水泥窑用耐火材料的挂窑皮性能对水泥的生产至关重要,耐火材料在水泥熟料煅烧过程中要经受热应力、剪切应力及水泥熟料侵蚀的综合作用,因此耐火材料的挂窑皮性能对水泥回转窑的寿命起着关键的作用。本文综述了水泥回转窑常用耐火材料(镁铝质、镁铁铝质和镁钙质耐火材料)的挂窑皮性能研究现状,总结了不同耐火材料的优点和局限性,并对其未来研究的重点和方向进行了展望,旨在为水泥窑用耐火材料挂窑皮性能的提高提供参考。

Abstract: The performance of refractories in terms of kiln skin formation is crucial for the smooth production of cement in rotary kilns.During the cement clinker sintering process,refractories are subjected to a combination of thermal stresses,shear forces,and chemical corrosion from the clinker.Therefore,the kiln skin performance of refractories plays a pivotal role in extending the service life of cement rotary kilns and reducing energy consumption.In this paper,the current research status of coating formation performance of commonly used refractories in cement rotary kilns is reviewed.The advantages and limitations of different refractory materials are summarized,and the key issues and future research directions are outlined.The aim is to provide a reference for improving the coating formation performance and application of refractories in cement kilns.
