摘要: 高温合金是航空发动机和燃气轮机发展的重要保证。精密铸造是制造高温合金铸件的主要技术,因其工况具有高温、高真空以及频繁的升降温,且高温合金含有活泼金属元素而对铸造用坩埚要求非常高。高温合金精密铸造用坩埚种类较多,使用情况和实际存在的问题也各不相同。论述了高温合金精密铸造用不同材质坩埚及其研究现状,并对高品质高温合金精密铸造用坩埚的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract: High temperature alloys are an important guarantee for the development of aviation engines and gas turbines.Precision casting is the main technology for manufacturing high-temperature alloy castings.Due to the severe working conditions,such as high temperature,high vacuum and frequent temperature fluctuation as well as the existence of active metal elements in high-temperature alloys,high requirements to crucibles for casting are needed.There are many types of crucibles for precision casting of high-temperature alloys,showing different application problems.Crucibles made of different materials for precision casting of high-temperature alloys and their research status were summarized.The research direction of crucibles for precision casting of high-quality high-temperature alloys was prospected.
