Corrosion resistance of three kinds of refractory castables against K2CO3

三种耐火浇注料抗K2CO3侵蚀性能对比

Abstract:

In order to explore the corrosion mechanism of alkali metal compounds to refractories used in waste incinerators,the corrosion tests of mullite,corundum and chromium corundum castables were carried out at 800,1 000,1 200 and 1 350 ℃ for 30 h by alkali steam method.The physical properties and alkali resistance of three castables before and after corrosion at different temperatures were compared.The results show that:(1)at 800 ℃,the strength of mullite,corundum and chromium corundum castables after alkali corrosion is higher than before,while the strength of corundum castables after corrosion is the highest,the alkali corrosion resistance of mullite and corundum castables is better than that of chromium corundum castables;(2)when the temperature is 1 000,1 200 and 1 350 ℃,the compressive strength of mullite,corundum and chromium corundum castables decreases after K2CO3 corrosion;the compressive strength of chromium corundum castables before and after alkali corrosion is higher than that of mullite and corundum castables;and the alkali corrosion resistance of chromium corundum castables is the best.

摘要:

为探索垃圾焚烧炉用耐火材料被碱金属化合物侵蚀的机制,采用碱蒸气法对莫来石、刚玉和铬刚玉三种浇注料在800、1 000、1 200和1 350 ℃保温30 h进行侵蚀试验,对比不同温度下三种浇注料侵蚀前后的物理性能和抗碱侵蚀性能。结果表明:1)在800 ℃时,莫来石、刚玉和铬刚玉浇注料经K2CO3侵蚀后的强度都高于侵蚀前的强度,且刚玉浇注料侵蚀后的强度最高,莫来石和刚玉浇注料的抗碱侵蚀性比铬刚玉浇注料的好。2)当温度为1 000、1 200和1 350 ℃时,莫来石、刚玉和铬刚玉浇注料经K2CO3侵蚀后耐压强度均下降,但铬刚玉浇注料抗碱侵蚀前后的耐压强度均高于莫来石和刚玉浇注料的,铬刚玉浇注料的抗碱侵蚀性能更好。
