高炉炉底用炭质浇注料的研究与耐用性能分析

Abstract:

The thermal conductivity,the water resistance,the acid and alkali resistance of carbonaceous castables for blast furnace are the key factors to affect the cooling effect of carbonaceous lining.By analyzing the properties of SiC-containing carbonaceous castables and carbon-based carbonaceous castables,it can be found that the SiC containing carbonaceous castable has higher compressive strength;the carbon-based carbonaceous castable has high drying strength but greatly reduced compressive strength after fired at high temperatures.SiC-containing carbonaceous castable has better water resistance but completely loosened after soaking in 2 mass% sodium hydroxide solution.Therefore,when alkali vapor penetration and water cooling pipe leakage may exist at the bottom of the blast furnace,the SiC-containing carbonaceous castables bonded by sol shall be carefully used.The gap between the actual thermal conductivity of carbonaceous castables and the literature report is large,so the quality shall be controlled and accurately analyzed to avoid affecting the cooling effect due to poor heat transfer in the application.

摘要:

高炉用炭质浇注料的热导率、耐水性、耐酸碱性是影响炭质炉衬冷却效果的关键。为此,通过分析含碳化硅的炭质浇注料及以炭素为主的炭质浇注料的性能,发现含碳化硅的炭质浇注料耐压强度较高;而以炭素为主的炭质浇注料干燥强度高,高温烧后耐压强度大幅度降低。含碳化硅的炭质浇注料耐水性较好,但经2%(w)氢氧化钠溶液浸泡后完全松解。因此,在高炉炉底可能存在碱蒸气渗透及水冷管漏水的条件下,应谨慎采用溶胶结合的以碳化硅为主原料的炭质浇注料。炭质浇注料的热导率实际测量值与文献报道差距较大,应管控质量,准确分析,以免在应用中因传热不畅影响冷却效果。
