K2CO3 corrosion resistance of CA6,MA or β-Al2O3 castables

CA6、MA和β-Al2O3质浇注料抗K2CO3侵蚀研究

Abstract: Three castables (CA6,MA and β-Al2O3) were heat treated at different temperatures (800,1 000,1 200 and 1 350 ℃) and tested in terms of the K2CO3 corrosion test at the corresponding temperatures (800,1 000,1 200 and 1 350 ℃),and then the change rates of the apparent porosity,the bulk density,and the CCS of the samples after K2CO3 corrosion resistance test were determined,and the phase composition was analyzed.The results show that:(1)all the three castables present good alkali corrosion resistance at 800 ℃;(2)at 1 200 ℃,CA6 castable reacts with K2CO3 to produce a large amount of β-Al2O3,which has poor corrosion resistance to K2CO3;spinel castable reacts with K2CO3 to produce less β-Al2O3 and has good corrosion resistance to K2CO3;β-Al2O3 castable has the weakest reaction with K2CO3 and the best K2CO3 corrosion resistance.

摘要: 采用碱蒸气法,对不同温度(800、1 000、1 200和1 350 ℃)热处理后的3种材质(六铝酸钙、镁铝尖晶石和β-Al2O3)的浇注料试样,在对应温度(800、1 000、1 200和1 350 ℃)下进行抗K2CO3侵蚀试验,然后检测其抗K2CO3侵蚀试验后的显气孔率变化率、体积密度变化率和常温耐压强度变化率,并分析其抗K2CO3试验后的物相组成。结果表明:1)800 ℃时,3种浇注料的抗K2CO3侵蚀性能都很好。2)1 200 ℃时,六铝酸钙浇注料与K2CO3反应生成大量β-Al2O3,抗K2CO3侵蚀性能较差;尖晶石浇注料与K2CO3反应生成的β-Al2O3较少,抗K2CO3侵蚀性能较好;β-Al2O3浇注料与K2CO3反应最弱,抗K2CO3侵蚀性能最好。
