Abstract: Natural flake graphite has wide application in carbon containing refractories owing to its low density,high thermal conductivity,low thermal expansion coefficient,and good thermal shock resistance and slag corrosion resistance.However,graphite has some disadvantages such as poor hydrophilicity and easy oxidation at high temperatures,which limits its application in refractories.Surface coating of graphite is an effective method to overcome the disadvantages.The research progress of graphite surface modification methods in recent years was reviewed,their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed,and the development direction was prospected.

摘要: 天然鳞片石墨具有密度低、热导率高、热膨胀系数低、抗热震性和抗渣侵蚀性好等特点,被广泛应用于含碳耐火材料中。但石墨存在亲水性差、高温下易氧化等缺点,限制了其在耐火材料中的应用。在石墨表面引入包覆物是克服其应用缺点的有效方法。综述了近年来石墨表面改性方法的研究进展,并分析了它们的优缺点,展望了石墨表面改性的发展方向。
