Preparation and performance of loess/fly ash based ceramic membrane support

黄土/粉煤灰基陶瓷膜支撑体的制备及性能研究

Abstract:

In order to reasonably control the preparation cost of ceramic membrane,the ceramic membrane support was prepared using the low-cost loess and fly ash as the raw materials,carboxymethyl cellulose as the binder,roll forming and atmospheric sintering.Effects of the loess/fly ash mass ratio,and the sintering temperature on the properties of the support were studied.The results show that the support with the loess/fly ash mass ratio of 6∶4,sintered at 1 100 ℃ for 2 h,has the water flux of 1 832 L·m-2·h-1,and the modulus of rupture of 28.3 MPa.

摘要:

为合理控制陶瓷膜的制备成本,选用成本低的黄土和粉煤灰作为原料,选用羧甲基纤维素为黏结剂,采用滚压成型、常压烧结制备了陶瓷膜支撑体。研究黄土和粉煤灰的质量比和烧结温度对支撑体性能的影响。结果发现:当黄土与粉煤灰掺杂质量比为6∶4,烧结至1 100 ℃并保温2 h时为最优制备条件,此时支撑体水通量为1 832 L·m-2·h-1,抗折强度为28.3 MPa。
