“一包到底”铁水包漏铁事故分析及对策

摘要:

针对某钢铁公司铁水包在采用“一包到底”的运行模式下发生的铁水包漏铁事故,对铁水包各部位渣铁、铁水包包底新砖和事故包残砖进行取样。分析表明,铁水包砖发生异常损坏的主要原因是渣中含有的大量铁氧化物对砖化学侵蚀;CaO和MnO等氧化物渗透到砖的内部,与砖中的成分生成低熔点相。根据铁水包的破损机制制定了铁包在线安全运行的管控应对措施。

Abstract:

In view of the iron ladle leakage accident in a steel company under the operation mode of “one ladle to the end”,the slag iron in each part of ladle,the new bricks at the ladle bottom,and the residual bricks of the accident ladle were sampled.The analysis shows that the main reasons for the abnormal damage of ladle brick were the chemical erosion to the brick caused by a large amount of iron oxides in the slag;oxides such as CaO and MnO penetrated into the interior of the brick and formed low melting point phases with the components in the brick.According to the damage mechanism of molten iron ladle,the control and countermeasures of online safe operation were ruled.
