硅溶胶改性多层石墨烯的润湿性研究

Wettability of silica sol modified multilayer graphene

摘要: 为扩展多层石墨烯在水基体系中的应用,采用硅溶胶真空浸渍并在埋碳气氛下分别于300、500、700 ℃保温3 h,制备得到改性多层石墨烯。研究了不同热处理温度下改性石墨烯的物相组成、显微结构和润湿性。结果表明:经硅溶胶真空浸渍及埋碳热处理后,改性多层石墨烯润湿性提高;最佳热处理温度为300 ℃,热处理后改性多层石墨烯的润湿角为64.7°。

Abstract: To expand the application of multilayer graphene in water-based systems,modified multilayer graphene was prepared by vacuum impregnation with silica sol and carbon-embedded heat treatment at 300,500 or 700 ℃ for 3 h.The phase composition,the microstructure and the wettability of the modified multilayer graphene heat treated at different temperatures were studied.The results show that the water wettability of the modified multilayer graphene is improved after vacuum impregnation with silica sol and carbon-embedded heat treatment;the optimum heat treatment temperature is 300 ℃,and the modified multilayer graphene has the water wetting angle of 64.7°.
