改性多层石墨烯加入量对Al2O3-SiC-C浇注料性能的影响

Effect of modified multilayer graphene addition on properties of Al2O3-SiC-C castables

摘要: 为了将亲水性较差的多层石墨烯更好地利用在Al2O3-SiC-C质铁沟浇注料中,先使用硅溶胶对多层石墨烯进行改性,然后将其添加到Al2O3-SiC-C质铁沟浇注料中,主要研究了硅溶胶改性多层石墨烯添加量(外加质量分数分别为0、0.05%、0.1%、0.15%、0.2%)对Al2O3-SiC-C质铁沟浇注料的流动性、烧后线变化、显气孔率、常温强度和高温强度等性能的影响。结果表明:1)在加水量相同的情况下,浇注料的流动值随改性多层石墨烯加入量的增多而线性减小。2)随着改性多层石墨烯加入量的增加,烘干及不同温度热处理后浇注料的致密度、常温强度、高温强度都呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,并且都在加入0.1%(w)的改性多层石墨烯时达到最大。

Abstract: In order to make better use of multilayer graphene with poor hydrophilicity in Al2O3-SiC-C iron trough castables,multilayer graphene was modified using silica sol,and then added to Al2O3-SiC-C castables for iron trough.Effects of the silica sol modified multilayer graphene addition (extra addition,0,0.05%,0.1%,0.15%,0.2%,by mass) on the fluidity,the linear change on heating,the apparent porosity,the cold strength and the hot strength were researched.The results show that:(1)with the same water addition,the flow value of the castables decreases linearly with the modified multilayer graphene addition increasing;(2)with the modified multilayer graphene addition increasing,the density,the cold strength,and the hot strength of the castables after drying or heat treatment at different temperatures increase first and then decrease,and reach the maximum with 0.1% of modified multilayer graphene.
