尖晶石加入量对刚玉-尖晶石浇注料显微结构和性能的影响

Influence of spinel addition on microstructure and properties of corundum-spinel castables

摘要: 以复相烧结氧化铝骨料、刚玉细粉、活性氧化铝微粉、90#富铝尖晶石微粉、70#尖晶石微粉、铝酸钙水泥为原料,制备了刚玉-尖晶石浇注料。系统研究了尖晶石微粉加入量(加入质量分数分别为0、5%、10%、16%)对浇注料的显微结构、力学性能和抗侵蚀性的影响。结果表明:随着尖晶石微粉加入量的增加,1 600 ℃热处理后试样的线收缩率、弹性模量、常温抗折强度以及110 ℃干燥后试样的高温抗折强度(1 400 ℃)均保持上升趋势,说明尖晶石的加入促进了烧结;添加尖晶石微粉的试样的抗热震性比未添加的好;尖晶石微粉加入量由5%(w)增加到16%(w)之后,尖晶石对渣中MnO和FeO的固溶作用占主导,试样的抗侵蚀性逐渐改善。

Abstract: Composite phase sintered alumina aggregates,corundum fine powder,activated alumina micropowder,90# alumina-rich spinel powder,70# spinel micropowder and calcium aluminate cement were used as main raw materials to prepare corundum-spinel castables.The influence of the spinel micropowder addition (0,5%,10%,and 16%,by mass) on the microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the castables was systematically studied.The results show that:with the spinel micropowder addition increasing,the linear shrinkage,elastic modulus,and cold modulus of rupture of the samples after heat treatment at 1 600 ℃,and the hot modulus of rupture (1 400 ℃) of the sample after drying at 110 ℃ all show an upward trend,indicating that the addition of spinel promotes sintering.Simultaneously,the addition of spinel micropowder enhances the thermal shock resistance of the samples.When the addition of spinel micropowder increases from 5% to 16%,the solid-solution effect of spinel on MnO and FeO in the slag is dominant,the corrosion resistance of the samples gradually improves.
