摘要: 为了改善滑板涂料的黏度、附着性和抗氧化性,提高滑板的连浇率,以石墨烯粉体、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、乳化剂(OP-10)、B4C为主要原料,通过球磨工艺,制备了石墨烯滑板涂料。研究了球磨时间(12、24、36、48和60 h)对石墨烯滑板涂料的黏度、涂刷性能、阴干速度、抗氧化性等性能的影响。结果表明:随着球磨时间的增加,石墨烯滑板涂料的黏度逐渐增加,涂刷性能先提升后降低,球磨时间为36 h的涂料涂刷性能最佳;随着球磨时间的增加,石墨烯滑板涂料的抗氧化性能表现为先升高后降低,球磨时间为36 h的石墨烯滑板涂料抗氧化性能最佳;与其他两种国产滑板涂料相比,石墨烯滑板涂料在高温抗氧化性能方面具有明显优势。

Abstract: To improve their viscosity,adhesion,and oxidation resistance of the slide plate coating thus increasing the continuous casting rate,graphene coatings for slide plate were prepared via a ball-milling process using graphene powder,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC),polyvinylpyrrolidone,emulsifier (OP-10),and boron carbide (B4C) as the main raw materials.The effects of the ball-milling time (12,24,36,48,and 60 h) on the viscosity,brushing performance,air-drying speed,and oxidation resistance of the graphene coatings for slide plate were studied.The results show that with the increase of ball-milling time,the viscosity of the graphene coatings for slide plate gradually increases,while the brushing performance first improves and then decreases;and the coating exhibits the best brushing performance when the ball-milling time is 36 h.With the increase of ball-milling time,the oxidation resistance of the graphene coatings for slide plate first increases and then decreases,and the coating shows the best oxidation resistance when the ball-milling time is 36 h.Compared with the other two types of domestic slide plate coatings,the graphene coating has an obvious advantage in high-temperature oxidation resistance.
