SiO2微粉添加量对Al2O3-SiO2质喷涂料性能的影响

Effect of microsilica addition on properties of Al2O3-SiO2 spraying mix

摘要: 以电瓷废料、高铝矾土、广西白泥、CA50水泥以及SiO2微粉为原料,制备Al2O3-SiO2质喷涂料,研究了SiO2微粉添加量(质量分数分别为0、1.5%、3%和4.5%)对烘干及不同温度热处理后试样的显气孔率、常温抗折强度、物相组成和显微结构的影响。结果表明:1)随着SiO2微粉添加量的增多,110 ℃烘干后喷涂料的显气孔率逐渐减小,常温抗折强度逐渐增大。2)随着SiO2微粉添加量的增多,1 100和1 300 ℃热处理后喷涂料的显气孔率均呈先减小后增大的变化趋势,并且均在SiO2微粉添加量为1.5%(w)时最小;1 100和1 300 ℃热处理后喷涂料的常温抗折强度均呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,并且均在SiO2微粉添加量为3.0%(w)时最大。综合考虑,SiO2微粉的最佳添加量为3.0%(w)。

Abstract: Electric porcelain waste,high alumina bauxite,Guangxi white clay,CA50 cement and microsilica were used as raw materials to prepare Al2O3-SiO2 spraying mix.The effects of the microsilica addition (0,1.5%,3% and 4.5%,by mass) on the apparent porosity,cold modulus of rupture,phase composition and microstructure of the samples after drying and heat treatment at different temperatures were studied.With the increase of the microsilica addition,the apparent porosity of the samples after drying at 110 ℃ gradually decreases,and the cold modulus of rupture gradually increases.With the increase of the microsilica addition,the apparent porosity of the samples after heat treatment at 1 100 and 1 300 ℃,respectively,decreases first and then increases,and reaches the lowest when the microsilica addition is 1.5%.The cold modulus of rupture of the spraying mix after heat treatment at 1 100 and 1 300 ℃ increases first and then decreases,and reaches the maximum when the microsilica addition is 3.0%.By comprehensive consideration,the optimum addition of microsilica is 3.0%.
