Application of laser scanning method in fully automatic thermal shock resistance tester

摘要: 介绍了采用3D激光扫描技术研发的全自动抗热震性试验机的原理、结构和特点,该仪器的设计基于GB/T 30873—2014中水冷法抗热震性测试的相关要求,相较于传统测试方法,实现了抗热震试验过程中测试端面破损状态的测量计算、数据存档记录以及停机判断等功能的全自动完成。应用结果表明,该仪器较大地提高了测试效率和测试精度,消除了人为误差,为抗热震性结果分析和过程分析提供了丰富的数据和图像资料。

Abstract: The principle,structure and characteristics of a fully automatic thermal shock resistance tester using 3D laser scanning technology were introduced.The tester was designed according to the relevant requirements of the thermal shock resistance test through water quenching in GB/T 30873—2014.Compared with the traditional testing method,it can automatically complete the measurement and calculation of the damage of the test end face,data archiving and recording and shutdown judgement during the thermal shock resistance test.The application results show that the tester greatly improves the testing efficiency and accuracy,eliminates the human error,and provides rich data and image information for the result analysis and process analysis of the thermal shock resistance.
