Abstract: Hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) exhibits numerous excellent properties due to its unique hexagonal flake structure,and finds extensive application in various fields such as hydrogen storage materials,high-temperature materials,solid lubricating materials,catalytic carrier materials,optoelectronic materials,and thermal conductive materials.At present,there are many preparation methods for h-BN,but each method has its own advantages and disadvantages.Based on this,various preparation methods for h-BN powders and nanosheets were reviewed,and the application prospects of h-BN were expounded.

摘要: 六方氮化硼因其独特的六方片状结构而展现出了众多优异性能,应用领域十分丰富,如储氢材料、耐高温材料、固体润滑材料、催化载体材料、光电材料、导热材料等。目前六方氮化硼的制备方法很多,但每种制备方法都有各自的优劣性,基于此,综述了六方氮化硼粉体以及纳米片的各种制备方法,并且对六方氮化硼的应用前景进行了阐述。
