预烧温度对二步烧结法制备CA6材料的影响

Influence of prefiring temperature on preparation of CA6 materials by two-step sintering

摘要: 以氧化铝和碳酸钙为原料,采用预烧—破粉碎—压制成型—高温烧成的二步烧结法制备了六铝酸钙(CA6)材料,主要研究了预烧温度(分别为1 100、1 200、1 300、1 400 ℃)对CA6材料性能和显微结构的影响。结果表明:1)由于预烧破坏了预烧料中的一部分气孔,并减少了高温烧成过程中的气孔产生量,因此制备的CA6材料的致密度和常温强度远高于常规烧结工艺制备的CA6材料。2)预烧温度以1 200 ℃为最佳,所制备的CA6材料的显气孔率为28.2%,体积密度为2.52 g·cm-3,常温耐压强度为330 MPa。

Abstract: CA6 materials were prepared by the two-step sintering method using alumina and calcium carbonate as raw materials,prefiring,crushing,press shaping,and high temperature sintering.Effects of prefiring temperatures (1 100,1 200,1 300,and 1 400 ℃) on the properties and the microstructure of CA6 materials were mainly studied.The results show that:(1)preheating and crushing damage partial pores in the materials and reduce the pore formation during high temperature sintering,the prepared CA6 material performs higher density and cold compressive strength than the CA6 material prepared by the conventional sintering process;(2)the optimum prefiring temperature is 1 200 ℃;the prepared CA6 material has the apparent porosity of 28.2%,the bulk density of 2.52 g·cm-3,and the cold compressive strength of 330 MPa.
